Recycling
The Recycling Management Act (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz, KrWG) is valid as the basis for waste legislation in Germany. The aim of this law is to promote the circular economy to conserve natural resources and to ensure the protection of people and the environment in the generation and management of waste. Another objective is to use materials taken from nature as intensively as possible in order to save resources and avoid waste or recycle it.
